Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12 PM CST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

Ground: Will arrive in 3-5 business days

Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days

Overnight: Will arrive the following business day

Free ground shipping offers are valid on all orders. Free ground shipping is offered within the contiguous United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

INTERNATIONAL

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs, and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 days.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

P.O. BOXES

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Lone Star Overnight (LSO) and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
